Stanton Villao: Mobile dynamics is a joke. I own a audio shop in florida and most of that stuff you will never need to know. I say the best way to learn is get someone at a shop to teach you. The way i got started is i had a little experince doing my onw stuff i went to a local shop and asked if i could help out around there and learn the basics.Crutchfield.com has some videos on how to install various items.http://www.crutchfieldadvisor.com/learningcenter/c...http://www.crutchfieldadvisor.com/S-fF6sorZhzHO/le......Show more
Autumn Vacio: Another one is Mobile Dynamics in Toronto and Phoenix. That is where I went, even after I already had previous experience. http://www.mobiledynamics.com/main/enter.html
Marcelina Schossow: teach yourself after a few errors you will have it down pat. Start off with a radio. Go through the car and look at the speaker wires. Most cars are generally the same. The funky colors are the speaker wires. Usually if you have 2 wire! s with the same colors and one has a line down it (usually black) it is a neg wire and the other is pos. Most of the time your ground is black. And a yellow, orange, red or any combination sometimes white is your hot. One being constant hot (this one keeps all your settings and your clock right) and one being your ignition hot (this one turns the radio on with the car switch). And then from there it is trial and error. An amp is alot easier. you have a constant (12volt) wire. Hook it to your battery. You have a remote wire. Hook this one to a fuse (preferably one that shuts off when you turn off your ignition i.e. the windshield wipers) or you can hook it to the same remote wire(that is the one that turns on and off with the ignition) you hooked the radio to. Next you need a ground (basically a bolt that is metal and grounded to the frame). Your Audio wires are next and thats the simplest of all. Red to Red White to White or whichever it really doesnt matter...! .Show more
Roosevelt Pendill: you can try installing it ! yourself, ive been installing sound systems, neons, and speakers in my own car for a couple of years, and i learned it all my self, if you go to checker auto parts you can get a book haynes extreme customizing, its $20 but i think you get a great deal. or you could always go to school mobile dynamics, its in arizona, but first check it out on the web
Lana Uliano: there are schools out there to teach you, you just have to look, go on the web and look under car audio schools
