Lizzette Wendroth: There is a radio show in England called "Just A Minute". Contestants have to speak about a subject they are given for one minute. They must do this without repetition of words, without hesitation, and without deviation from the topic. It's great fun, and has been running on the BBC for over 40 years now. If you get a chance, give a listen to it. There are many places where you can find it online, and there is a group on Yahoo for it as well.
