Monica Voltin: Yeah it's definately possible. Try to eats lots of vegetables and fruits. Try and stay away from anything with oil and grease. Chicken is also realyl good when trying to lose weight, but stay away from condiments such as ketchup or A1 (sugar and sodium.) Stay away from both as they cause water retention and weight gain. When you! have stopped drinking that many energy drinks you'll probably be tired for a few days and possibly have a head ache, that's normal for the situation. Your body needs nutrition as much as it needs water. Drinking water is good, but if you drink too much, you could get sick. I would do some research on different meal plans for your body type. I'm an Ectomorph for instance, so my food intake is double so that my body is able to feed of the nutrition I take in. There are three body types: Endomorph, Ectomorph, and Mesomorph. If that were true, habitual coffee drinkers would be dying too, since 1 cup of coffee can contain more caffeine than 1 energy drink. Caffeine has its negative side-effects- accelerated heart rate, nervousness, shaking, irritability, to name a few. It is in your best interest to cut down on your energy drink intake as it is not the best fuel for your body. Plus the amount of B-vitamins is enormous and toxicity can be an issue.
