How do u keep urself entertained on a 12 hour plane ride when your cellphone is lost and your iPod is broken?

Laveta Fathy: MagazinesCrossword puzzlesSleep

Lucille Saetteurn: We managed to live without cell phones and ipods in the 70's and 80's. I know you said you don't like to read, but surely there are some magazines you could look at? Maybe take some small handheld games, take naps, look out the window, or have some interesting conversations with other people. You'll survive.

Tyler Burkman: Wow. Where are you going, around the world? Lol. Pretty long flight.Well I guess then your just going to have to bring crosswords, sudukos, word searches, and all those other writing games. You can also bring cards to play solitare or other 1 person games by yourself. Or if you have someone there with you, you can play cards with them. Bring some paper and pens to keep score or to play SOS or tic tac toe. You can also draw and write. If you have a journal you should bring that along too. I`m also going on a flight in a few weeks. It`s an 8 hour ride so I decided to make up a! Scavenger hunt so I wouldnt be that bored. I actually got the idea from another person, but it`s pretty cool. I basicly put things I need to find like...Coach bag, Colorful luggage, Annoying Child, Big Person, Starbucks Coffee cup etc. Anytime you find one of these you check them off. It should keep me entertained for awhile looking around the airport and the plane.I guess if you ever get bored you can just watch what other people are doing, sleep, or listen in on people`s conversations. =P lol.Have fun!...Show more

Betsey Muehlbach: If the flight is over land in daylight, you look out of the window.I've flown over Asia and Africa in these conditions. Even though I used to fly regularly I never got used to the magic of jet travel. It's a great geography lesson. If it's dark or you're flying over the Pacific, just enjoy the food and wine. Airline food is sadly underrated. I've never had a really bad airline meal, and one of them was the best I've ever tasted. Po! ulet a l' estragon with camembert cheese and a complimentary h! alf bottle of wine. Afterwards I scrounged everybody else's leftovers, which included several unopened bottles of wine. By comparison with looking down on the Himalayas or the Arctic, iPods and inflight movies are boring....Show more

Matt Tiry: most really long flights have TV screeens on the headrest in front of you. they have lots of really nice movies of all knids and other stuff. and its always good to catch up on sleep. Hope this helps.

Olin Hallin: In a 12 hour plane ride there will be movies playing and on the newer plane u will have your individual small screen where u can choose from at least 12 movies choice. That screen can also provide some computer games, t.v. programs as well as some selection of music of different taste. The other choice would be sleep your way through or talk to the person sitting next to u. Have a nice trip....Show more
