Arlen Decorte: painting he/she can learn colours and have fun
Fermin Tara: I'm only 15.But a craft I really enjoyed when I was younger was probably making stuff out of beer cans.Such as things that sorta looked like people, or animals. My mom was an alcoholic so that may be why.Hope this helps ^^...Show more
Whitley Leopold: My daughter is 19 months old, and we do crafts all the time. She helps me cut pieces of construction paper out, and makes pictures; finger paints; glues little multi colored cotton-type balls onto her paper, and more. We practice matching, hand-eye coordination, colors, shapes, and other things. Plus, the one on one quality time is great for children.
Fred Caminita: Lots of stuff! It helps them learn to be creative and develope there fine motor skills. Get them some safety scissors and have them try to cut out simple shapes. First have them color them. I suggest the uses of washable markers or crayons if they are little and still eat! ing everything (we had a 10 month old color at the daycare I worked at). If they have a habit of drawing on walls use colored pencils or the washable markers. But most importanly of all WATCH THEM, I can't stress that enough. Oh don't get the plastic scissors they don't cut get the ones with plastic over the slides and don't let anyone under 2 use them....Show more
Timmy Bustard: carpentery, they'l just love the power saws
Marty Tichnell: Get lots of random bits and bobs from an art shop, and some thing they can stick it on. Then basically leave them to it :)Their fine motor skills will develop through this, then after (if you want them to learn more stuff from it) ask them say.. "How many pom poms have you stuck on" so they have to count!
Julieta Suleiman: It depends on what age you are really talking about. Crayola has some neat craft activites and that for young children to do like one and a half two year olds, even three years old. I would suggest look! ing where they sell the crayola stuff in some stores! Best of ! luck and hope I helped..I would have helped better if you put the age of the child that you are looking to do crafts with besides just oung young children. Take care.
