Asley Quickle: There are no quick fixes, but green tea or green coffee extract are actually supposed to help a little bit. Most, if not all, the other non-prescription pills are either ineffective, or unsafe. I've also read recently that you need plenty of vitamin D. Honestly the best thing you can do is control your appetite by eating healthy - have some lean protein with every meal, plenty of fiber (whole fruits and veggies) and cut out sugar, simple carbs like chips, and fried foods. Doing that will be far more effective than some pill....Show more
