Sonya Volcko: Legally the same type of question you would get on an interview. What did you do in you "last" job. Did you "get along". Was you ever "reprimanded". Things like that. Some phone interviews use stress tests to see if the victim is answering correctly so it's not a good idea to ask your references to lie for you. Not big lies anyway.
