It creates too plenty uncertainty and could kill any skill pastime improve that would desire to ensue. think of of each and every of the uncertainty that at present exists in our economic gadget. what is going to take place with the debt disaster in Europe? what is going to take place with the housing industry right here at domicile? what is going to take place with Iran or North Korea? Nona Lentini: Because they are! It is creating massive unemployment as well
Octavio Roylance: That just means Obama's policies are accomplishing his goals.
Rachell Meese: > It's self-evident> That's what they're FOR.
Scot Rotruck: We have given bailouts to large corporations, handouts to unemployed and low income. The middle gets squeezed. Thousands of small businesses are sole proprietorships now faced with having to provide healthcare, increased taxes, reduced tax breaks, etc.
Charissa Bichsel: Because Liberals do not seem to care about facts as long as they get more from the government. I live in NY State, and the current Administration is copying the Liberal policies of this confiscatory government. BTW, 30% poverty in Upstate cities, and they cannot figure out why, so they increase entitlements and taxes. Sound familiar?
Elvin Weichbrodt: Small business is the backbone of America and the economy will rise or! fall with it. There is only one conclusion you can come to ab! out 0bama's treatment of small business owners. Hopefully they can hold on until 2012. They will receive help in November, in they can hang on.
Rosie Travino: The reporter probably knows someone like me that closed their small business.
Roxane Leathers: This is somewhat a source of concern, especially for small business owners. Most of us have had a struggle surviving the last 2 or 3 years and have no resources left for more expense. Our products and services have limits on what we can charge in the market. If we charge more, foreign products will take the market share so it leaves us 2 choices. The first is to start laying off people who are not key to our operation. This is hard, because as they depend on us for their paycheck, we depend on them to take excessive burdens from the more key people who will be less productive. Either way it will only prolong the eventuality of closing the doors. The second is to immediately lay everyone off, close the doors and s! ave what few resources there are left. We, the small businesses of the US are collectively the largest employer in the country. We are responsible for 50 to 55% of the jobs in the country. If we fail, so does the economy. Once we are gone unemployment will reach staggering levels leaving the only recourse of nationalizing the economy for survival of the country. In the lefts desire to kill trickle down economics, they are replacing it with trickle up poverty. We, the small businesses are drowning, meanwhile Obama and the Congress have thrown us a cement life jacket....Show more
