Charissa Riley: Characteristics Of Contemporary Poetry
Moira Woodrow: To me, both contemporary and modern poetry are mostly not poetry at all. It's mostly stuff people write down (in lines) that means something only to themselves, and masquerades as 'deep'. And the kind of people who would be the first to shout "I love the Emperor's new clothes" are the ones who say "I think it is is so meaningful, and I just lurve it!"
Eli Trapeni: I don't follow an characteristics when writing poetry, I don't follow or take any influence from any other poet.My work is my own.
